Why is there not an option to buy underneath some pictures?
Due to various licensing restrictions we are not able to make all of our pictures available for sale as prints.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are printed to order and shipped by an external printing company. We try to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 working days and delivery usually takes an additional 2-4 working days. During busy periods in the rugby calendar, such as the Six Nations and Autumn Series, your order may take longer. Please allow 10 working days before contacting us.
Please note that different sized prints are usually shipped separately and if your order contains multiple sizes you may receive the smaller prints earlier.
What size prints do you offer?
Our standard sizes are 7" x 5", A4, A3, A2 and 30" x 20".
The 7" x 5", A2 and 30" x 20" prints are supplied without a border. The A4 and A3 prints are printed with a white border to assist with framing. The print area is 11" x 7.5" for the A4 and 15.5" x 10.7" for the A3. Please contact us in advance of ordering if this is unsuitable for you.
Please also note that some of our older pictures may not be suitable for prints larger than A3 and it would be advisable to contact us before ordering to check.
Will my print be exactly the same as the image on the website?
Probably not exactly! We often have to crop the images to fit the print size you have chosen. We try to keep as close to the picture on the website as possible, however sometimes we need to remove a small slice of one or more edges of the image. If you are concerned that we may crop out a part of the picture that is important to you, like a face at the edge, or you would like a picture cropped in a certain way, please contact us before ordering.
Do you offer black & white prints?
If a picture is in black & white on the website, your print will also be black & white. If you have a need for a colour picture in black & white, please contact us.
Will the caption from the website gallery be printed on my photograph?
No. Your print will be supplied as the image only.
Do you sell digital versions of your pictures?
For the vast majority of pictures, no. Occasionally we may offer digital versions for certain events. This will be an option below each picture.
Is it possible to use some of your pictures on my website?
It is, but this would class as editorial or commercial use. Please contact us for advice.
Do you provide framed prints?
Unfortunately not. Due to problems with items being damaged in the post we don't offer a general framing service. We may occasionally offer limited edition prints in a frame, but this will be indicated clearly in the description.
Do you sell signed photographs?
Can you deliver to an alternative address?
Yes. Once you have placed your order, please email us to let us know the address you would like your order sent to.
Is there discount for multiple print orders?
As each image has to be prepared and printed we do not generally offer a discount for multiple print orders unless we have a specific sale on, which will be clearly advertised on the site. If you require a large number of copies of the same image, such as a team picture to provide to members of the team, we may be able to offer a discount in certain circumstances. Please contact us for advice.
My print has been damaged in the post, what do I do?
Unfortunately on rare occasions prints can be damages in transit. If this happens, please contact us for advice.
We endeavour to provide the best quality prints of all our photographs, but the quality of the final image can be affected by a number of conditions. We use state of the art professional digital cameras which have improved considerably over the years. This can mean that the quality of our current images is significantly better than that taken with the digital cameras we used 10, 5, or even a few years ago. Consequently, a mixed order of prints over a number of years may reflect this.
We cover matches at a large number of grounds, throughout the year, with afternoon and night-time kick-offs, and in all weathers. Consequently the quality of the images will vary according to this, especially matches played under floodlight conditions, as the quality and amount of light varies considerably from ground to ground.
All photographs supplied by us are copyright of Huw Evans Picture Agency Ltd., and must not be copied or reproduced in any format without our permission. This includes prints and digital file format. We take any breach of copyright very seriously, especially if the image is used in a commercial activity or for financial gain.
Prints supplied by us are not for editorial or commercial use without specific written permission from us.
